At a minimum, be aware of the need to fill your car with gas, prepare for food, water and shelter and finally, consider options if the storm turns toward the island.Besides being a very large storm, the slow progress will change the impact. I’m already seeing higher tides and, I imagine, tonight or tomorrow morning will give us a much better feel for the potential for landfall.
